In response to joulou's question. I think it would cut down the carbs and sugar if it were omitted along with the garnish. On my funfetti cookies, I mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla making it very thin and put a light coat on the cookies and my children and grandchildren love it. I always take six dozen to every get together and there is never any to take home.

Anybody try these with scratch oatmeal raisin cookie mix? Why spend the money for pre-made cookies when it's just as easy to make your own.

They do sound delicious, but 49 g of carbs and 33 g of sugar don't fit my diet.
I wonder how much sugar would be decreased by omitting the frosting ?

I don't cook alot, but this recipe and these cookies looked so appealing and tasty, so I tried making them. They were easy to make and turned out delicious! Also, they seemed to be very healthy. I will be making them again in the future. Excellent recipe and they taste great!

These cookies are like eating carrot cake for breakfast. I would definitely make them again and not just for breakfast.

A friend of mine made these for me, and they were tasty. My children enjoyed them too. Yummy. I especially enjoyed the way the frosting compliments the ingredients in the cookie.
