I made this recipe for St. Patrick's Day only I made cupcakes. However I cut back on the mint extract and didn't add it to the cool whip topping. These were a huge hit and I will definately make them again!!

I made this cake for St. Patrick's Day and it was a great hit! We cut the mint down a little bit so the kids would like it better.I will definitely make it again.

This is a fantastic cake. I took it to a meeting and it went really fast. I did change the recipe a little. I only used 1-1/2 jars of the ice cream topping and I chopped the mint candies up and scattered them over the cake. Made a very good presentation. I would definitely recommend this cake. I rate this 5 stars. They wouldn't work when I tried to rate this cake.
