    Bake biscuits as directed on can.

    Meanwhile, microwave bacon as directed on package.

    Split warm biscuits; top bottom half of each with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. Cover with top halves of biscuits.

  • Go beyond bacon! Swap the bacon for a fully cooked breakfast sausage patty, a slice of ham, or fully cooked chorizo patties for a spicy twist on this breakfast sandwich.
  • Changing the cheese in this breakfast sandwich is a great way to mix up this recipe. Try a variety of flavors such as sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, swiss or pepper jack cheese.

  • This recipe can be made using Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. refrigerated biscuits as well! Bake biscuits as instructed on the can, then make recipe as directed.
  • These breakfast sandwiches can be made in advance! Simply bake and assemble as directed, and after they’ve cooled, wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap. Place them in a resealable freezer plastic bag, and store in freezer for up to a month. To serve, unwrap a sandwich and place on a microwavable plate. Microwave 1 sandwich uncovered on Medium (50%) 2 minutes, or 2 sandwiches 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. For a crisper biscuit sandwich, microwave as directed above, then place 2 or 3 sandwiches on ungreased cookie sheet; bake at 350°F 4 to 6 minutes or until eggs are heated through and biscuit is crisp.
