I made these using Ground Turkey. They were yummy. I mixed ketchup and Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce together. After browning the meat I poured on the mixture, and heated it through. And when they were done baking I topped them with Swiss Cheese and let it melt.

We made these tonight!! The hubby and I loved them!! The kids were so-so about them, but only because I think they are so used to the normal sloppy joes. Can't wait to find more recipes to try. :)

Made these yesterday for a Super Bowl Party and they were an instant hit! I added red & green pepper, mushrooms and onions to the mix. Just a few suggestions, for larger crowds - cut biscuit in half; use fork dipped in flour to press down biscuit edges and make sure filling is cooled.

Made these with Venison and omitted the chili powder. The 1-yr old couldn't get enough and the almost 4-yr old loved them!!! Served with a homemade vegetable creamy soup...perfect for this wintery-cold day!!
