This tuna melt is bursting with flavor! My girlfriends raved about the unique combination of albacore tuna, cilantro and green chiles nestled in the Grands! biscuits. I loved it when they all said "WOW" when I brought it to the table. I garnished the plates with the diced tomato, shredded lettuce and sliced avocado. I also added a fresh fruit cup on the side. If you want to make a great impression and don't have a lot of time...this recipe is for you. It's an easy, light and healthy meal that makes even the beginner look great!

I had everything in the house except the sesame seeds. And it still tasted amazing! I would make this again. It was insanely easy- for a weeknight meal. Presentation is decent- so I would use it for entertaining. The green chiles make this recipe memorable. They add a perfect amount of pop of flavor. I think the chopped tomato and lettuce are fun and next time I will not skimp on these. I think this would be good even without cheese…

Easy to whip up and surprisingly filling! My 4-year-old nephew loved it because you can eat the "bowl."

This recipe was delicious. I usually don''t like tuna, but by using high-quality albacore instead of the cheap stuff, it came out delicious. This will be a new favorite.
