My family loved this, especially my 10 year old who is a very picky eater and will not try anything new. He liked this sooo much he wanted me to make it for lunch and dinner the next day. It really wasn't too spicy, however I did not put in all the cilantro it called for so that may have been why. But it was a really fast, and easy dinner to make on the way out the door to football practice.

I found this recipe a delite, as I love Thai food. I made a batch, and was able to take one with me on the run. I think it would be great to make ahead of time and take for a great and different lunch.

My boyfriend was absolutely crazy for this dish and it was so easy to prepare. I prepped all the ingredients hours ahead of time and placed each in a sandwich bag (except the biscuits & Peanut sauce). So, when he was ready to eat it only took 5 minutes to put them together plus baking time. It is a very tasty dish. Loved it.

I chose to make these delicious calzones and they were a total hit. These were medium hot on the hot scale. My daughter who is 5 could only handle a few bites, but my older daughter,8, thought they were yummy! My husband and I loved them, I will definately make this dish again.

Both my husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I chose to make my own peanut sauce, but that is the only thing I did different.
