can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated honey butter biscuits

cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

firm ripe small pears, each cut into 20 thin slices
1/2
cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese (2 oz)
1/3
to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each to form 6-inch round. Place on 2 ungreased large cookie sheets. Evenly top each round with Monterey Jack cheese. Arrange pear slices over cheese; sprinkle with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts.
  3. 3 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
