Heat oven to 375°F.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each to form 6-inch round. Place on 2 ungreased large cookie sheets. Evenly top each round with Monterey Jack cheese. Arrange pear slices over cheese; sprinkle with gorgonzola cheese and walnuts.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are deep golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
