Hi, I don't think you used is rice stick noodles as it is made from mung bean not rice. It is also called 粉丝= Dongfen = mung bean vermicelli
For those who can't find plum sauce, you can use tomato sauce, I understand that it is very troublesome to go to Asian market to buy a bottle just for this recipe !! The westerner has Tomato sauce, Chinese has Plum sauce, hope this will make you understand what is Plum sauce.Plum sauce can used in any cooking or as a dip sauce, it is sweet and sour. You can find plum sauce in the Asian section or your market. With the soy sauce. And for me this sounds great - good for a quick lunch at work.

Can't believe one biscuit is a dinner main dish serving. Way too high in fat and sodium for me. What is plum sauce? Never seen it in our local store and this is not worth shopping a "specialty store" for...sorry, this is not a winner in my book.
