These were a hit! I used diced ham and pepperoni. I also used a rolling pin to press out the biscuits.

I made this for dinner tonight. The Kids loved making their own personal pizza. I will definitely be making this again.

This was wonderful! I mixed up the toppings a bit...we used BBQ, Diced Ham, Crushed Pineapple and Cheese. I also used a can of the Whole Wheat Grands too, but I prefered the regular biscuits. I made 3 cans of biscuits total and froze what we had left so we can just pop them in the mircrowave for a quick lunch. I will definately make this over and over!! Loved it!

Huge hit with the family! I used sausage and pepperoni. Next time using turkey sausage and turkey pepperoni for a healthier option. Will also use a sweeter pizza sauce to balance the saltiness of the biscuits. I found that they rolled better once they got closer to room temp. My suggestion is to open the can right out of the fridge but let the biscuits sit out for about 10 mins to warm up some. Also, used my Pampered Chef Baker's Roller instead of my hands. The kids had a ball making them and hubby thought it was delicious. Definite Mommy/Wife points scored last night!

I love this recipe! I've made it with pepperoni and cheese a few times. I also made it with fresh spinach, sliced plum tomatoes, cooked chicken, and italian dressing instead of sauce. Very yummy!

These are really easy to make and a great way to get the kids involved in making dinner. They are also pretty tasty!

I can't understand why the recipe says to press out the biscuits with your hands, unless it's because not everyone has a rolling pin these days. I gave up using my fingers, got out my old, well-oiled rolling pin, and it went much faster and better. I found the flavor of the biscuits to be acceptable for ham & pineapple pizza, but somewhat objectionable for hamburger pizza. I daresay teenage boys would wolf them down, though!
