Call me crazy but I am Italian and love the traditional pizza. These were easy and my lil guys ate them so I was happy but personally I like a crunchy crust and this was soft. I used Cento pizza sauce which I love to use when making my own pizza, added extra garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Again the only thing I didn't care for was the soft crust.

Was a big hit with the family and really easy!!! We had sausage, pepperoni, mushroom with homemade sauce. Average out to be about 1.25 for each pizza and I made 16.

These were sooooo easy to make and as my daughter stated, these are marvelous! Our were crispy on the bottom and edges. No soggy center. They were similar to personal pan pizzas with the thick crusts. The fun was being able to make each one different so we didn't have to limit ourselves. We will definitely be adding these to our easy dinner menu rotation!!!

I put a tiny bit of olive oil on the biscuit after pressing it out to almost 6 inches. I didn’t have tomato sauce so I used about a teaspoon of sun dried tomato spread, added the sauteed mushroom and onion, and used sharp cheddar cheese. I pre-heated the oven to 350, put the 2 pizzas in the oven, raised the temperature to 375 and cooked for 10 minutes. They were perfect! I’ll definitely make these again.

These are good, but did anyone else have an issue with the top of the biscuit being too gooey? I think the sauce made it soggy, either that or it was undercooked!!
