Ingredients

lb bulk spicy pork sausage
1
can (15.5 oz) red beans, drained, rinsed
1
can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion, undrained
1
teaspoon red pepper sauce
1
can (12 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Layers® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain; return to skillet. Stir in beans, tomatoes and pepper sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon into baking dish.
  3. 3 Separate dough into 10 biscuits; arrange over casserole.
  4. 4 Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until thoroughly heated and biscuits are golden brown.
