Heat oven to 400°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can; cool 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
Meanwhile, spray 11x7-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange banana slices in bottom of dish. In large bowl, beat eggs and half-and-half with whisk until smooth.
Split cooled biscuits. Spread bottom halves with peanut butter; cover with top halves. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Add biscuits to egg mixture; mix well. Let stand 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over bananas in baking dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
