Ingredients

can (12 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Homestyle refrigerated honey butter biscuits

medium bananas, sliced
2
eggs
1 1/2
cups half-and-half
1/2
cup creamy peanut butter

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can; cool 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, spray 11x7-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange banana slices in bottom of dish. In large bowl, beat eggs and half-and-half with whisk until smooth.
  3. 3 Split cooled biscuits. Spread bottom halves with peanut butter; cover with top halves. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Add biscuits to egg mixture; mix well. Let stand 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over bananas in baking dish.
  4. 4 Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
