Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain; return to skillet. Stir in beans, tomatoes and pepper sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon into baking dish.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; arrange over casserole.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until thoroughly heated and biscuits are golden brown.
