My granddaughter is on the picky side, when it comes to food. She just loved this meal and asked for more.

I loved them! I made them for lunch today. Very easy, something I can make in the morning and pop in the oven for lunch. Specially since I have a day care.

I made the ham and cheese for my husband, a plain cheese for my son and for myself I made it with roast beef and provolone. My husband said it was good, my kid actually ate it and I loved it. It is a new favorite for me.

These things are great! Made them for dinner the other night with a bowl of soup they were delicious and very filling. Even had a few extra to take to work and reheat the next day for lunch.

These were delicious and very easy to make. I used the honey Grands which gave them a little sweetness. This recipe is a keeper.

I thought i was original when I started doing this a while back :) I can offer this variation...be creative!! I have several I do, but Cheesy Burger is usually the biggest hit. Season ground beef like you would for your hamburgers. Brown the beef. Then add what you would to your hamburgers: mushrooms & swiss (I would add some mayo to this mix for moisture reasons; ketchup, mustard, mayo, a small amount of pickle or pickle juice; bacon and bbq dressing; you get the idea. Then stuff your biscuits as in the recipe. I also do a southwestern one with rice, corn and black beans & onions. Whatever your heart can create! Happy eating.

Wonderful, easy recipe. A real kid-pleaser that kids can help assemble. You can do a lot with this idea too. You can fill these with pizza makings, taco makings, reuben makings, club makings, etc. I may even try PB & J! What a wonderful idea!
