I've made this a few times and i love it. I add more chicken and more salsa to mines and with my serving, I add a dollop of sour cream on the top. I also use the Butter Grands biscuits and comes out wonderful every time. :-)

It was tasty but a little on the dry side. I suggest adding more salsa or trying it with chunky mango salsa.

Really liked this. Tweaked it a bit:cut back on cheese and used low fat cheese. Added some canned corn and served on shredded lettuce with dollop of sour cream.

made this for footnball today - a huge hit. Had black beans and spanish rice on the side since not everyone likes those. Also added 1 can of cream of chicken/mushroom soup and did not put the cheese on until the last 10 minutes. ALso mixed chicken, soup and salsa together with bicuits instead of putting on top. Will def make again and again!
