(16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

(1-oz.) slices Canadian bacon or cooked ham

(1.25-oz.) pkg. hollandaise sauce mix

eggs, poached

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.*
  2. 2 Meanwhile, lightly brown Canadian bacon slices in skillet; keep warm over low heat. Prepare hollandaise sauce as directed on package. Prepare poached eggs.
  3. 3 To serve, split warm biscuits; place 2 halves on each plate. Top each with bacon slice, poached egg and sauce.
