Loved it... I used ground turkey and added taco seasoning, along with the salsa, I also took each biscuit and flatten put fixings on one and then covered with a second biscuit, cripping the edges and baked.

This was easy to make and I doubled the recipe. The only thing that I would do different would to make sure I used salsa labeld mild and it was kinda hard to press each biscuit into 6 inch round.

It is in the oven as we speak but while I was rolling out I thought why not use corn muffins, I believe Pillsbury makes them as well?

This recipe is awesome, I accidently added all the salsa to the meat & it still came out great! I brushed each sandwich with butter after baking for a nice shine and served with fat free sour cream! DELICIOUS

I used smoked sausage instead of beef. It was good but very hard to keep lit.

This was super easy..was a great recipe to have my son help me with..so grateful for the tip to use a rolling pin & flour..Would defiantly have gotten frustrated with trying to spread them out..We added pepperoni to some of them & we used taco seasoning.
