I made something similar to this. I took the biscuits and placed them on the bottom of a muffin tin to make biscuit shells. Cooked for 14 min took out and filled with the ingredients topped with cheese and back in the oven for 5-10. YUM! Topped with more cheese and avocado ! Even my hubby enjoyed!

I USED LEFT OVER PORK ROAST, WHICH I SHREDDED AND ADDED BURRITO SEASONING (NO TACO SEASONING ON HAND), A SMALL CAN OF CHOPPED GREEN CHILES, AND CHOPPED ONION, ALONG WITH THE SALSA AND EXTRA CHEESE... SERVED WITH A BLACK BEAN SALAD AND DIPPED THEM IN A SAUCE MADE WITH SOUR CREAM AND SALSA. WE LOVED THEM:))

These were good but a little messy to make. My husband was skeptical but pleased when he took the first bite. I am so glad I listened to the other reviews and added taco seasoning. I believe it would be bland without it. So....ADD TACO SEASONING! Also I had some of the meat mixture (I used ground turkey) left over so I filled crescents and baked them and they turned out great. I will definitely make these again with taco seasoning and a little more cheese.
