Why on earth would you use canned peaches? Especially in an article celebrating the fruits of summer?

I gave this a rating of five, not only because it was delicious, but it was sooo easy! Because they were available, I used fresh peaches instead of canned. I macerated the peaches before serving so they would release their juices.%0d%0aMy eight year old son proclaimed this dessert to be the best thing he has ever eaten.%0d%0aWill definitely make again.

Peaches are my favorite fruit. Peach pie is my favorite dessert. Strawberry shortcake was a close second. Now I am in dessert heaven!!! This recipe is easy, quick and taste wonderful. Leave it to Pillsbury to make cooking fun and easy and your taste buds sing with joy!!! THANK YOU!!!!

That is sooooo delicious!!! Great "Peach Shortcake" EVER.
This one is going to be where you actually eat dessert first THEN your dinner. Enjoy it I sure did. :)

This is a very good recipe, but I to add some peach jam on my shortcakes first before I add the peaches. I try it with 2 tablespoon of peache syrup on each shortcake, before i add the peaches. I made so home made whip cream put it on top of each shortcake then I add peaches. top with more homemade whip cream.
