cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4
cup finely chopped cilantro or green onions (4 medium)
1/4
cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4
cup Thai peanut sauce

can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers or Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk or original biscuits (5 biscuits)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 20 miniature muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, mix chicken, 3 tablespoons cilantro, bell pepper and peanut sauce; set aside.
  3. 3 Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into fourths. Flatten each dough piece. Place 1 piece in each muffin cup; firmly press in bottom and up side of cup.
  4. 4 Spoon and press about 2 teaspoons chicken mixture into each dough-lined cup.
  5. 5 Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from muffin cups. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
