These are awesome. I made a different variation of these that were a huge hit. Instead of using the condensed chicken soup, I used a butter chicken sauce ( across the aisle from the soups). If you like Indian or curry flavors this is a must try! Also, to give the puffs a hint of sweetness, which off set the butter sauce nicely, I used the honey butter flavor biscuits! Amazing. I love that this was such an easy meal to make and now I have lunches for the week. With the different flavors of sauce you can mix up the tastes. I'm normally short on time, I have 6 children, so I buy the packag

I can not believe how easy this came together. There so cute also I mean Hello meal cupcakes. I want in!! They taste like chicken pot pie. So ha ha.. nailed it!! I like to boil my chicken. I find that to be the best way to cook chicken for recipes like this. I also microwaved my frozen veggies to thaw them out. Worked great. Now I am going to see how they freeze for easy lunch time. Well see! I have yet to have any issues freezing my meals. I am sure this will be a great add to my freezer. :)

These little chicken puffs are so attractive and super easy to make,as well ns tasty. The leftovers are also easy to store. Just put them in a zipper storage bag and toss them in the fridge or the freezer. I often buy rotisserie cooked chicken at the store and always have some left over. In the summer I often use it to make chicken salad. Now I can also use it to make these little pot pies. I do have some tips. First, when purchasing vegetables, make sure you pick a brand that cuts the vegetables nice and small (My store didn't carry Green Giant). This makes it easier to fill the puffs. Second

This really was fast, easy, and fun. I was surprised to see how pretty they puffed after having to press them out to get the 5" circle. They are actually very fancy and would be so much fun for kids to help make. Really good.

I enjoyed making this recipe as it is fairly quick. At the regular baking time, the veggies were not quite done. I will try to cook for a few minutes prior to mixing with the chicken and soup. I'd also add some salt and pepper.

I made these tonight for dinner. What a hit! I did make a couple small adjustments with what I had on hand, so I used cream of mushroom soup and added some leftover diced potatoes, as well as a little bit of garlic. I followed the directions and ended up with a quick, tasty hit on my hands!

I added a jar of chicken gravy. Made extra chicken to pour over the top. Turned out great. Super easy. Will definitely make again
