So, being a young and somewhat poor college kid I didn't have a press griddle to cook the biscuits.. so I tried puff pastry dough and baking to package directions.. they were awesome!
Was something pretty easy, fast and even portable for class!

This was awesome. My family begged me to make more, 12 servings was not enough! I will definitely be adding this to our menu.

Chicken-Bacon Quesadillas is now my family's new favorite meal. Besides being delicious I like it because it is easy to prepare.
