FANTASTIC! Wow - my George Foreman Grill has never gotten so much use! I've made these several times now, and they always turn out perfectly delicious. Plus,you never have to worry about flipping those tricky quesadillas again. At a recent get-together, I set up a quesadilla bar for my guests and it was a hit! We had Three George Foreman Grills lined up at the end of an ingredients buffet, so everyone got to make their own. We had so much fun that we're already planning our next Contact Grill Quesadilla party. Truly a creative and delicious dish!

I love this recipe. One, I love quesadillas, and these are colorful and taste great. Two, I am much more likely to have Grand biscuits on hand than tortillas. Three, I think it is a recipe that lends itself to being a joint project by the family with children getting to take turns "cooking" them on the contact grill. The grill is so much safer and easier for the children (and me :)) since the quesadillas do not have to be turned. And we could prepare them at the dining room table as we have a meal. Yummy dinnertime fun!

GREAT RECIPE! I would have never thought to make a quesadilla with Pillsbury biscuits, but it was exceptionally delicious. Also the two dips that go along with it are super tasty! Who would have thought to put peach preserves in salsa? Definitely going to make this again!!!

This is the best new recipe I have tried in a long time. The flavors went together great. My husband just loved it and as told me that I will have to make it often. This is fine with me because it is so easy to make.
