I don't have a grill that closes. I do have a small rectangle one w/lines and a long griddle for pancakes. Any suggestions for this recipe using these items?

I made these for Super Bowl Sunday appetizers and took them over to my neighbor's party. Everyone loved them and they disappeared in a flash! It was nice to get some use out of the George Foreman Grill too........

WOW. This was an excellent tasting treat and easy fix for the entire family! I finally got some good use out of my grill. This is one of the best things I've ever tried in a while!
