I had to make a few adjustments. I thought the chicken mixture looked a little dry so I added some liquid ranch dressing to help bind the mixture but not enough to taste.since I do not own a George I pan cooked them and thought the dough still looked raw around the edges. I put them on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes to finish cooking the biscuits. My picky husband liked them too. I can see the possibilities with different combinations. Good recipe.

they were delicious. I did not have the contact grill, but used a grill pan and weighed them down and then turned them over and repeated process. I will have to get a quesadilla maker just to make these it will be worth it. Will definitely make them again.

I found them way too small. More like a snack than a meal :( But at least they were easy to make.

I see this as a start to something great, you can use anything you like in them,I plan on making some but will use what I like in quesadillas when I make them with tortillas, there are endless possibilites of what you can put in them. The recipe here sounds good and I will try it...

Very good. I wasn't able to grill them so I just put them in a pan. Next time I will grill them, I think they will come out better. The inner filling was very good.

Had a small BBQ dinner party. Made these and they were a big hit. Then I decided to makes some more with some leftover mix I had and freeze them. I actually, browned them in my skillet and put them in my freezer in freezer bags. A week later I popped a couple out for my husband and I to have as an appetizer with a drink. I just let them thaw and warmed them on our BBQ. They were still very good. Now I know I can make ahead and freeze next time I have company.

The only thing I going to change for next time I make these, is that I will use sharp cheddar cheese for more flavor. Otherwise, they were great and a great way to make a fast lunch or dinner. I will be making them again!

This so completely stunk, I have no words to adequately describe how much I truly deep within myself disliked this dish. If you value your inards as well as your taste buds - do not make... It was way too salty.
