I have made this recipe twice now, and I like it. The first time I made it I used the veggies and soup called for. I wasn't crazy about the veggies or the soup, it was a little bland. The second time I used regular mixed veggies ( carrots, peas, potatoes ) and corn chowder soup, and I added salt and pepper. It was much better. I guess you can do the soup you like best. The biscuits were awesome. I used regular sized biscuits the first time, and I liked those better than the 1/4 Grands. Make sure your biscuits are cooked all the way through!

I'm glad I made this. It was delicious. I used a blend of frozen vegetables I had on hand. It was still delicious. Next time I will use standard mixed vegetables, more like regular pot pies. The biscuits were awesome. My PICKY family all liked it. I think I will cook it again next week.

I used frozen mixed veggies instead, and I added shredded cheese too. My husband loved it!

This recipe was a hit. I added some peas and corn to the soup and vegetable mixture, it made the recipe better. I also left out the thyme because I didn't have any at my house. All together this is a very good recipe.

This recipe is very quick and easy. The family really liked it which is what counts! I too have a hard time finding the exact vegetable blend called for... just use what your family likes and taste for seasoning ( my husband didn't really care for the thyme).

This was okay. I was unable to find the vegetables in the recipe so used a basic "california" blend. Perhaps that is why the dish was a little blend. Maybe the vegetables it calls for adds a different taste, don''t know. The biscuits on top made a nice topper though. Don''t know if I will make this again.
