Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 5 mini cheesecake pans with cooking spray.
Separate dough into 5 rolls. Press or roll each to 1/4 inch thick. Press 1 roll into each pan. Place strips of bacon across, and top with pear slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Drizzle with icing.
