Grands!® Caramel Pear Bacon Tart

Bake up individual breakfast tarts (with bacon!) using Pillsbury® Grands!® caramel rolls.

Ingredients

can (17.5 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ caramel rolls
5
slices bacon, crisply cooked, broken in half
2
or 3 pears
2
tablespoons sugar
1
teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 5 mini cheesecake pans with cooking spray.
  • 2 Separate dough into 5 rolls. Press or roll each to 1/4 inch thick. Press 1 roll into each pan. Place strips of bacon across, and top with pear slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • 3 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Drizzle with icing.

Expert Tips

Substitute apples for the pears.

Make 1 large tart by rolling out rolls and pressing together in a tart pan with removable bottom.
