Same as what hopkins818 said. I followed the recipe exactly and the tops of the biscuits looked nice and ready, but the bottom of the biscuits were not cooked! Very doughy and mushy. Luckily it was just my husband and I, but I'm not so sure that cooking longer would help as that may burn the tops (Although I will give it another try and see what happens)

I followed this recipe exactly, even baked it about a mnute or two longer than the recommended time of 15 minuted. The biscuits looked nice and brown but when I dished it up the bottoms of the biscuits were not cooked. I had invited our neighbors over so it was quite embarrassing.

I made this for a family dinner and it was a great hit. I am planning to try other fruit fillings. You couldn't ask for an easier dessert.
