Hmmm, I couldn't get the cups to turn out right. I think I need a picture! My cups came out flat! What did I do wrong?

Love the recipe. Used to make cornbread bowls filled with chili! YUM! Pillsbury doesn't make the corn muffins anymore! Bring the grands corn biscuits back......PLEASE!

This dish is a hit with my family. It actually is my 11 yr old daughters must have for her birthday dinner! My older daughter is a vegetarian & she will fill it with beans. Just a great idea for a "taco bowl". I've given this recipe to friends & they have all loved it!

Really not worth the trouble. The filling was VERY bland - I added picante sauce to give it some flavor. Cute presentation, but I'll stick with traditional tacos.

I have been looking for different things to make. I tired this one and it was great. My husband said I should make this again. Everything came out great. We really enjoyed it. A must try.

Delicious and kid friendly meal. I just got finished serving it and I ended up with clean plates. To make it more nutritious and lower fat, I used ground turkey with a little olive oil, and I mashed up the turkey while it was cooking with a potato masher to get finer crumbles of meat. I added chopped onion to the meat while it was cooking/sauteing, also added one whole large carrot very finely shredded with my box grater to boos the nutrition value. I also added 1 can black beans for added fiber. Adjusted the seasonings accordingly as I ended up with a lot more meat mixture because of my additions. In addition to the taco seasoning I added cumin, paprika and chili powder to round out the flavors. A+ IDEA!!!
