Love this recipe! Added a few things like peas but I love it with the yams. Didn't have any Irish stout so I used hoegarden ( what I had on hand) and it was awesome.... Dipped it in some deli mustard and it was perfect!

This was quick fast and very tasty. As I had no ale or sweet potatoes, I used carrots and sweet peas and for the ale I used Dawns Mushroom Sauce. What we are going to do next time is to infuse the biscuit dough when we roll out the dough. We will put parsley, scallions and sprinkle black or red pepper on the dough itself.
