Made these BBQ cups this evening...used Pillsbury crescent rolls and a can of Manwich. EASY and enjoyed by little boys!

This is one of my son's favorite dishes. I add diced onions to the meat at the start of browning and a small can of diced mild chiles toward the end. I also use a jumbo muffin pan to make the cups. Finally I soften 8 oz. cream cheese and mix it with more diced chiles to top the cups when they are hot out of the oven. Mmmmm...!

I use the Grands Flaky Biscuits, but I cut them in half, they go twice as far, and its a perfect mixture of bread and meat.

I've been making these for 41 years. I use a little chopped onion while browning hamburger and enough ketchup to moisten along with the BBQ sauce. I also use regular pillsbury biscuits instead of Grands so they don't have so much bread.

I also have been making these for many years now and my husband really loves them. The only difference is that my original recipe calls for some chopped onion in it. I use the Grands Jr's for the cups.
