Grands!® Barbecue Chicken Pizzas

Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated biscuits

cups shredded or diced cooked chicken
1
cup barbecue sauce
1
cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (4 oz)
  • 1 Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Place on 2 large or 3 small greased cookie sheets.
  • 2 In bowl, mix chicken and barbecue sauce. Top each round with 1/4 cup chicken mixture; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.
  • 3 Bake at 375°F 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
