tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 In small bowl, combine eggs, milk and salt; beat well. Pour into cup. Place in microwave.
  • 2 Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir egg mixture. Top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are firm. Stir before serving.

How easy is that? Cooking time less than 2 minutes. The ultimate fast food breakfast at home. I also added some salsa over the melted cheese. Delicious!

This is great. We make this and add garlic,onions & peppers with the cheese. You can make in a glass cereal bowl too. Just spray with some Pam before cooking and no sticky mess if you don't have paper cups!!

This is also great when you throw this in a warm tortilla! Add a little picante sauce for fun.

This is GREAT. I showed the kids and they love to customize this recipe. Sometimes they add taco sauce when they mix in the cheese, sometimes it''s diced ham. I''ve made this in large coffee mugs, which then have to soak a few minutes, but papercups will be used in the future. Have fun and mix it up!!
