Golden Cookies ‘n Cream Cups

If your family is anything like my family-They love Oreo’s! In fact this cookie is my family in a cup! It’s rich and full of flavor, yet a light and creamy filling.

Ingredients

2 - Pillsbury® Ready to Bake Refrigerated Sugar Cookies 16 oz (24 ct)

8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1
(3.5 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding
1 1/2
cups cold milk
1
package golden Oreo cookies, crushed

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 48 mini muffin cups with No-Stick Cooking Spray. Place 1 cookie dough round in each muffin cup. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 2 Meanwhile, Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until cream cheese is creamy. Beat in French vanilla pudding and cold milk with a whisk for about 2 minutes. Chill, for about 10 minutes and fold in the crushed golden oreo’s.
  • 3 Let cookie cups cool about 10 minutes. Run knife around edges of cooled cookie cups to loosen; gently remove from pan.
  • 4 Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of golden oreo mixture into each cup! Enjoy! Serves:48, prep time: 10 minutes, cooking time: 15 minutes
