The bread dough baked with coconut was delicious. I like the topping with the cream cheese as well. It could be varied using other jellies or fruit. I will make this again for a tea or side dish at a brunch.

I'm not much of a coconut lover but because it is baked it takes on more of a nutty flavor and texture. Mixed with the cream cheese and the spicy marmalade it becomes a decadant treat and very filling! It's my new morning favorite! And that Pillsbury bread, mmmmmmm!

I'm not very good at this computer thing, I wrote a recipe review already but I didn't see it up there so I will try again. If it's there twice, sorry, but I want you to know! Oh yes, this recipe is a winner. I made it for my grand daughters and they loved this crunchy, creamy, juicy, tropical breakfast treat! They thought their Nanny was way cool!
