Enjoy these layered mixed berry parfaits made using Gluten Free Chex™ granola and Yoplait® Greek yogurt--a delicious breakfast or a tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 containers (5.3 oz each) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Chex™ granola mix mixed berry almond
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut, toasted

Steps

  • 1
    Divide 1 container yogurt between 2 (8-oz) parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top each with 1/4 cup of the berries and 1/4 cup granola.
  • 2
    Repeat with remaining yogurt, berries and granola. Sprinkle coconut over each parfait. Serve immediately.

    To toast coconut, heat in ungreased heavy skillet over medium-low heat 6 to 14 minutes, stirring frequently until browning begins, then stirring constantly until golden brown.
