Ingredients

container Pillsbury™ Gluten Free refrigerated pizza crust dough

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
1/3
cup drained pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
1/3
cup roasted red bell peppers (from a jar), drained, chopped
2
oz gluten-free crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese (1/2 cup)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheet and hands. Press dough into 12x10-inch rectangle on cookie sheet.
  2. 2 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are beginning to brown. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  3. 3 Bake 6 to 9 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and mozzarella cheese is melted. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows.
