Gluten-Free Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

container Pillsbury™ Gluten Free refrigerated pizza crust dough
1
lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef, cooked, drained
1
can (8 oz) gluten-free pizza sauce
4
slices gluten-free bacon, crisply cooked, coarsely chopped
1
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and/or pickle slices, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheet and hands. Press dough into 11-inch round on cookie sheet.
  2. 2 Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edge is beginning to brown. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix cooked beef and pizza sauce. Spread on crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with bacon and cheese.
  3. 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
