Ingredients

Glaze

1/2
cup orange marmalade
1/4
cup white balsamic vinegar

Steaks

2
teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
1/2
teaspoon salt

boneless beef top loin steaks (New York, Kansas City or strip steaks)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat grill. In small saucepan, combine marmalade and vinegar. Cook over low heat until marmalade is melted, stirring constantly.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, rub pepper and salt on both sides of each steak. Place steaks on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once or twice and brushing with glaze during last 2 minutes of cooking time.
  3. 3 To serve, bring any remaining glaze to a boil. Serve with steaks.
