Great be careful not to over cook. Burnt some of the pecans. Next time i will cook just a minute less. Will make again. Simple and quick.

I made these for my family for Christmas, and I got rave reviews! I did not have trouble with the pecans burning; they were generally golden brown around the seven minute mark. The only batch that scorched at all was the batch that my husband decided to try reusing parchment paper (rolling my eyes). I added a tablespoon of cinnamon for just a little extra flavor! I have had multiple requests for the recipe.

I tried this recipe. Followed it exactly and the pecans were burnt to a crisp in 3 minutes! Do not use this recipe. Other recipes cook the pecans at a low heat for a longer period of time. Try another method. Very unhappy as pecans are very expensive.
