Expert Tips

Caraway seed comes from a plant related to parsley. The tiny brown oblong seeds have a nutty, pungent aroma. Common in German, Austrian and Hungarian recipes, caraway seed is used in breads, cakes, cheese, soups, stews, meats and vegetables.

Carrots are one of the best sources of beta-carotene, an antioxidant that is thought to reduce cancer risk.

Prepare this package for the grill up to one day in advance. Store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to grill. Add about 5 minutes to the cooking time.
