Ingredients

Dressing

cup honey

teaspoons grated gingerroot

teaspoon grated lime peel

tablespoons fresh lime juice

Salad

cups watermelon cubes

cups cantaloupe cubes

cups fresh pineapple cubes
2
cups seedless green grapes

pint (2 cups) fresh raspberries

Steps

  • 1 In 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
  • 2 In very large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to coat.
