Ingredients

cups lightly salted popped popcorn

cup butter or margarine

tablespoons molasses

teaspoons ground ginger

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°. Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased rectangular pans, 13x9x2 inches each.
  2. 2 Heat remaining ingredients in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Pour over popcorn, tossing until completely coated.
  3. 3 Bake uncovered 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
