Gingerbread Popcorn Snack

Molasses and ginger are a sweet and spicy spin on popcorn. Make it in just 30 minutes!

cups lightly salted popped popcorn

cup butter or margarine

tablespoons molasses

teaspoons ground ginger

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon salt
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°. Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased rectangular pans, 13x9x2 inches each.
  • 2 Heat remaining ingredients in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Pour over popcorn, tossing until completely coated.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
