Expert Tips

Green tea is rich in heart-healthy antioxidants. Decaffeinated versions are available.

Make extra tea “base” (through step 2) and keep refrigerated up to a week. Just add ice and water for refreshing iced tea anytime.

This tea is so good; I love love love the fresh ginger taste it gives the tea. However, I need to figure out how to make it without the sparkling water and replace the sugar with honey.
