In large microwave-safe bowl, combine molasses and coffee. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until mixture boils. Add brown sugar and butter; stir until butter melts. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour and all remaining ingredients except sugar; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. On lightly floured surface, roll half of dough at a time to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with floured 2 1/2-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375°F. for 5 to 8 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
