I made this this morning. I did make a few changes. I used 4 oz. Mascarpone Cheese (only because I had it left over from another recipe), 4 oz. cream cheese. I only used 1/4 cup of sugar and I'm glad i did as it turned out sweet enough. I did not use the frosting that came with it at all. That will be for me to eat with a spoon late tonight. lol It took 50 minutes to cook all the way through. The outer portion was a little over cooked. I may try it again with a lower oven temperature and cook it longer so that it cooks evenly throughout.

A little messy to make but yummy in the end! I did have to cook it for 30 min though but it was great for a large group where just the 5 regular rolls wouldn't have been enough.

I thought this was easy to make and my family LOVED it. It is very sweet, but worth it if you're looking for a treat. For me, it was 10-15mins prep and 26 mins to bake.

The flavor was great but it took me longer than the 35 minutes indicated to bake it. My son devoured more than half of it by himself. I would definitely make this again!
