It turned out very good, a perfect recipe to give someone who has a cold or the flu, but don't add the salt. There's enough in the seasoning mix.

I make something very similar. I use low-sodium chicken broth and wide egg noodles instead of the Ramen to cut down on the salt. I also sautee the celery
