8: slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread

3: tablespoons butter or margarine

1: tablespoon ketchup, if desired

8: slices bologna

8: slices (3/4 oz each) process Swiss or American cheese

Directions

1 Spread each slice of bread with butter and ketchup. Top each with slice of bologna.
2 With knife or ghost-shaped cookie cutter, cut each slice of cheese into ghost shape. With end of drinking straw, make holes to resemble eyes and mouth. Place cheese "ghosts" on top of bologna.
